Oceania

Though small in terms of population, Australia and New Zealand are both agricultural powers, exporting beef, lamb, dairy products, oilseeds, and wheat, among other products. This makes them countries of interest to investors and competitor countries alike, as well as suppliers of farm machinery and biotechnology.

Recent  projects include:

  • Value chain analysis of the dairy and beef sectors in Australia and New Zealand for a US agricultural machinery manufacturer;
  • Analyzing the potential impact of a Japan-New Zealand Free Trade Agreement on Japan’s agriculture for the Japanese Ministry of Agriculture.
